Sanlam, Cape Town - Participated as a managed care and claims systems expert in a cross cultural team consisting of the firms' operating executives and a team of USA consultants. We prepared a business plan for implementing a new health insurance product in the Republic of South Africa.

Connectmed.com, Sao Paulo - Presented a full day management work session based upon the "Lessons Learned" from the USA e-health business experience. Working with a business partner, we applied this knowledge to the Brazilian market for the purpose of enhancing the firms' strategic direction. As internet and international healthcare consultant specific recommendations were made regarding site content and functionality. Upon returning to the USA, we assisted with introductions to strategic partners.
